Is iCloud down right now?
You can see the current iCloud status at the top of this page. We check iCloud automatically every 3 minutes and collect reports from users at the same time. If reports spike sharply, we mark it as an outage.
How do I know if iCloud is down for everyone or just me?
Look at the report chart: if nobody else has reported a problem in the last hour and our checks are fine, the problem is most likely on your side (internet, device, app). If reports are rising sharply, iCloud has an outage.
What should I do when iCloud is not working?
Try the web version instead of the app (or vice versa) and a private browser window. For email, check that your mailbox isn’t full.
