Is UPC down right now?
You can see the current UPC status at the top of this page. We check UPC automatically every 3 minutes and collect reports from users at the same time. If reports spike sharply, we mark it as an outage.
How do I know if UPC is down for everyone or just me?
Look at the report chart: if nobody else has reported a problem in the last hour and our checks are fine, the problem is most likely on your side (internet, device, app). If reports are rising sharply, UPC has an outage.
What should I do when UPC is not working?
Restart your phone or router, toggle airplane mode and check that mobile data is on. If many people in your area report problems, it is likely a local UPC network outage — report it to customer support.
