Is GMX down right now?
You can see the current GMX status at the top of this page. We check GMX automatically every 3 minutes and collect reports from users at the same time. If reports spike sharply, we mark it as an outage.
How do I know if GMX is down for everyone or just me?
Look at the report chart: if nobody else has reported a problem in the last hour and our checks are fine, the problem is most likely on your side (internet, device, app). If reports are rising sharply, GMX has an outage.
What should I do when GMX is not working?
Try the web version instead of the app (or vice versa) and a private browser window. For email, check that your mailbox isn’t full.
